CONQUEST 2006: conference program compiled

The Program Committee has chosen 36 lectures from 11 countries out of more than 80 submitted papers from Europe, Asia and America.
In 12 sessions, with three lectures each, topics like Project Management, Test Design and Requirements Engineering will be considered. Besides from this, topics such as SOA and Web Services, New Trends in Testing and Quality Control and Reviews have their own sessions.
The topical spectrum of this international software quality conference is much more diversified than in the years before.
The internationally staffed Program Committee has been led by Ina Schieferdecker, Technical University Berlin/Fraunhofer FOKUS, Germany (Conference Chair) and Achim Schmidt, Beta Systems, Germany (Conference Co-Chair). 30 internationally renowned software experts from industry and science have been working in the Committee.
CONQUEST 2006 is organized by ASQF GmbH (Germany) and is taking place from September 27th to September 29th, 2006 for the first time in Berlin. This year, Germany’s most famous software quality conference emphasizes “Software Quality in Service-Oriented Architectures.” More than 300 participants, over 30 speakers and 20 exhibiting companies are expected at the conference. Frank Leymann (IBM), Hellmuth Broda (Sun Microsytems Inc.), Wolfgang Grieskamp (Microsoft) and Oskar von Dungern (Beta Systems) have been attained as keynote speakers.
