Ultimate++ (upp in short) is not just a collection of general-purpose and graphical user interface-development libraries. In contrast with the majority of well-known Open Source projects from the similar field, upp comes with a fully functional integrated development environment, known simply as TheIDE. What is more, this is more than just a simple code editor - it features an integrated debugger, a window editor, an editor of images and a system for generating documentation.
